Le Diner en Blanc Tauranga Departure Point information 2020

You will meet your Table Leaders at your chosen departure point.  Please introduce yourself to them on arrival as they will be your key contact for the event.  Here they will give you a lanyard and ticket with all of the information regarding your purchases. 

They will have their name on a lollipop stick so you can find them.  It is important you check in with them as soon as you arrive so they can help you travel to the secret location!  You must jump on the transport with your leader to ensure that you make it to the location and can find where you are sitting at the event.

Bethlehem: 3pm The Orchard, Bethlehem Town Centre (Departing 3:30pm)

Central Tauranga: 3:30pm Our Place Tauranga, 91 Willow Street (Departing 4pm)
 

Mount Maunganui: 4pm Coronation Park,   11 Nikau Crescent (Departing 4:30pm)

Papamoa: 4:30pm Good Home Papamoa, 1 Papamoa Beach Road (Departing 5pm)
 

Choose the same Table Leader and Departure Point as your friends if you wish to sit together.

Our Table Leaders are all volunteers who ensure the event and logistics run smoothly - give them your upmost respect and you will have the most fabulous evening!
