
Payment Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble processing your payment via paypal there are a few things you can check:
Payment not working is a Paypal issue usually either with the browser or with the credit card. A screen capture helps us determine which one of the 2 is the probable cause. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHANGE THE COUNTRY AT THE TOP OF THE PAYPAL PAGE :)
Here are things to try:
- If you have a Paypal account, use the account. The security is easier to go through when you have an account with Paypal, even if you are not putting money in it and you are just using credit cards.
- Use recommended browser Chrome or Firefox
- Clear browser cookies
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Try on a different computer
- Try a different credit card
- Contact Paypal, because after a few unsuccessful payment attempts IP address may get “blacklisted” by Paypal
